We are a Sports Holiday Company that makes arrangements for football and rugby teams to go away on tour to Countries throughout UK & Europe. We organise the complete package including accommodation, travel, matches, tournaments and excursions.

You will be required to work at our office based between Brentwood & Romford dealing with the day to day running of the tours. The tasks you will be expected to deal with are detailed below: -

  • Dealing with customers by telephone – both sales and administration enquiries.

  • Processing bookings on tours system and dealing with general administration.

  • Understanding brochure, resort and prices – providing customers with tour
    costings and guidance.

  • Tourism management and operations

  • The organisation, design and promotion of large scale sports events

  • Destination marketing and consumer behavior

  • General office duties including assisting current staff, postal duties, daily computer back ups, brochure enquires and general administration.

  • Producing tour packs, letters and correspondence using various company computer systems.

  • Visiting resorts and acting as a representative for the company (four weekends yearly).

  • Dealing with suppliers.

  • The ideal applicant must be methodical, have good English Grammar, pleasant telephone manner, good office skills including WORD & Excel, enjoy sales, live within 40 minutes of our office, car owner and have reasonable knowledge of Football & Rugby.

  • Hours 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday along with some flextime. Salary £20,000+ commission & discretional bonus. Package could be worth around £30k plus per annum.
