We are a Sports Holiday Company that makes arrangements for football and rugby teams to go away on tour to Countries throughout UK & Europe. We organise the complete package including accommodation, travel, matches, tournaments and excursions.
You will be required to work at our office based between Brentwood & Romford dealing with the day to day running of the tours. The tasks you will be expected to deal with are detailed below: -Dealing with customers by telephone – both sales and administration enquiries.
Processing bookings on tours system and dealing with general administration.
Understanding brochure, resort and prices – providing customers with tour
costings and guidance.
Tourism management and operations
The organisation, design and promotion of large scale sports events
Destination marketing and consumer behavior
General office duties including assisting current staff, postal duties, daily computer back ups, brochure enquires and general administration.
Producing tour packs, letters and correspondence using various company computer systems.
Visiting resorts and acting as a representative for the company (four weekends yearly).
Dealing with suppliers.
The ideal applicant must be methodical, have good English Grammar, pleasant telephone manner, good office skills including WORD & Excel, enjoy sales, live within 40 minutes of our office, car owner and have reasonable knowledge of Football & Rugby.
Hours 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday along with some flextime. Salary £20,000+ commission & discretional bonus. Package could be worth around £30k plus per annum.
