As a complaints handler in the Complaints Resolution team, you'll take on this exciting opportunity to seek positive outcomes for our customers within the Retirement Account and Service Improvement areas. The Complaint Handler role is an integral part of our business and imperative to ensuring we are providing superb service to all of our customers. This role will require you to handle the investigation and resolution of assigned customer complaints. You will be required to handle each case individually using your initiative to make decisions, often under changing circumstances. To be successful in this role some experience of complaints handling processes and procedures is important, this can either be within a face to face or telephony environment. In addition to this, the following skills and experience are also desirable. Experience of working with detailed processes Knowledge of contact centre/telephony and administrative environments Experience of working within the financial services industry Working knowledge of life and pensions products, markets and competitors As a Prudential employee you will also need to demonstrate the following: You can tackle complexity and make things simple for customers and those around you.
