This is an exciting opportunity to join RUIFIER as senior e-commerce executive to support our online growth. RUIFIER is a fashion fine jewellery brand based in London, stocked worldwide in leading stores including Harrods, Selfridges, The Conran Shop, Colette, Bergdorf Goodman, Lane Crawford and Barneys New York JP, among others.
The role is responsible for the overall success of our website based on key performance metrics, including customer acquisition and retention. Working closely with the creative team and marketing team and reports to the director and serves as part of the leadership team. The ideal candidate should be a detail-oriented, highly organised individual who enjoys managing challenging projects and working cross-functionally. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have the ability to bring analytics and insights to both marketing and product disciplines.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Own the ecommerce experience including site design, merchandising, functionality, and performance to drive new customer acquisition as well as retain existing customers.
  • Responsible for meeting all sales goals on RUIFIER.com. Lead and manage ecommerce development with developer.
  • Manage and utilise analytics to monitor overall performance, drive sales growth, identify problems and find solutions.
  • Provide leadership, direction, mentoring and coaching to other team members, including setting and managing objectives for individual team members.
  • Develop all team training materials.
  • Develop and maintain all ecommerce metrics.
Qualifications:
  • CMS experience essential
  • Mailchimp / Email marketing experience essential
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, analytics, or a similar role.
  • 2+ years of data analytics and reporting experience, including usage Google Analytics.
  • Expert knowledge of online marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, Display Ads, and Paid Social.
  • Demonstrated understanding of web design and development concepts and processes.
  • Understand basic knowledge of Java script, HTML etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively internal teams, including creative, retail, and operations.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and complete other tasks, as assigned.
