IT Helpdesk Analyst
Our client is looking for an IT Helpdesk Analyst to look after the IT of their internal staff and clients based onsite in Reading.
The role will be working as part of a team to service and support a range of hardware and software systems. The role will support products, services and systems via on premise, cloud or co-located/managed platforms.
The right candidate will have various support skills at a 1st line level, such as: Exchange 2003 - 2013, Microsoft Active Directory, Core Infrastructure & Desktop, Microsoft SQL, IIS, Web Service, Cloud, Mobile Devices, Virtualisation - Hyper-V, VMware, Networking - LAN, WAN, Firewalls.
Experience of working in an ITIL based environment would be an advantage. Excellent customer service skills must be demonstrated as will experience of working in a Helpdesk environment.
