As a 2nd Line Support / Desktop Support / Mobile Support Engineer you will be responsible for providing remote 2nd line support to business users where the service desk have progressed respective incidents and requests:
You will be required to have the following skills and experience:
- 3-5 years solid 2nd line experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft products, AD and desktop builds
- Microsoft certification
- ITIL v3 Foundation certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Full clean driving license and own vehicle
