This is an amazing opportunity to join an iconic Mancunian brand. We are looking for an IT Support Engineer/Analyst Technician to provide both face-to-face and phone support. (Windows Server/Active Directory/Exchange/Citrix/Mac OS X/Adobe).

The environment is varied as is the user base so it's important that you can deal with differing levels of user's technical knowledge. You need to be confident too, as you'll be supporting users up to an Executive Level. You'll need to be highly articulate, well presented, and approachable with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.

  • Strong customer service & communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise
  • Experience working on Microsoft based operating systems (Server and desktop) and Microsoft applications - Office365
  • Experience in Active Directory and user account changes
  • Mobile Device Management
  • Hold an IT certification or equivalent
