We are a dynamic Fitness Supplements and Nutritional Products Distributor with an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Manager with real creative flair and a passion for B2B Marketing, to join our dynamic and motivated marketing team as we embark on the next phase of our development.

From humble beginnings, over the last 7 years, we have grown into one of the biggest distributors of Sports Nutrition in the UK - doubling our multi-million-pound turnover in the last 6 months alone!

This is An exciting role for an individual who is creative, numerate, and strong attention to detail. This role will involve the development and implementation of the company strategy and supervise the marketing department, with one direct report.

LOCATION: Based in the head-office in Paddock Wood, just a short walk from the mainline station and with easy access by car, you will be located within daily commuting distance and could be living or looking for work in the Paddock Wood, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Maidstone, areas of Kent.

Personal qualities

·4+ Years’ experience in a B2B Marketing Role.

·A passion for Marketing and the desire to continually learn and improve.

·Willing to learn and to search content on your own.

·Good attention to detail.

·Have a high level of drive and self-motivation.

·Adaptable and Fast learner.

·Interest in sports nutrition and supplements is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

·Development and implementation of the company marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.

·Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products liaising directly with World Leading Brands.

·Working closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations.

·Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team, supervising one graphic designer and all the artwork created.

·Work closely with product management team to define marketing materials and programs.

·Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.

·Working with the in-house team to develop unique graphic content and printed materials.

·Supporting the web development process, including providing updates to websites, blogs, videos and social accounts.

·Implement and manage SEO strategy including the daily budget for Google AdWords.

·Assist our customers with posts on their social media, showcasing our work.
