Support Engineer / Support Analyst
Support Engineer / Support Analyst needed for a growing eCommerce Retail company in South West London. You'll be the first person joining a growing in-house team working closely with the eCommerce Director. My client is looking for a Support Analyst to help them reduce their dependency on their 3rd parties as they look to add Support knowledge internally. The selected candidate will be a career minded person looking to move into an IT Manager position asap, the following skills are required:
- 2 years minimum in a fast paced support environment.
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Expertise with Microsoft Office (2010+)
- Good communication skills
- Always looking to implement efficient processes
