Passionate about great places to live. Our client develops a range of new homes ? for rent, shared ownership, and sale ? and provides housing management, care and support, and commercial property services.

They are currently seeking a Finance Analyst to join their finance department in Chippenham.

This role will be key part of the team, providing timely and accurate financial information to management, statutory bodies and regulatory authorities. Further to this you will provide finance technical support and advice to the Property Services teams and evaluate and commit to process improvement and deliver change where required, in all aspects of property services accounting and the policy and procedures that cover that.

The role is also responsible for ensuring the internal accounting produces accurate, timely and effective data and reports to enable management of the asset management expenditure within their group, currently totaling in excess of £20m per annum.

In addition there are other projects where this post provides coordination for the team and also the ability to develop those existing projects to deliver service improvement and efficiencies.

The successful candidate must have an AAT qualification or equivalent CCAB part qualification. Qualified by experience ideally from the sector will be considered. Experience of working within a finance environment to include, understanding of financial ledgers and accounting entries is essential. In addition experience of social housing, repairs, maintenance and capital programmes is desirable.

Due to the nature of the role you may be required to occasionally travel across all sites as required & to work flexibly.
