Interim HR Content Manager - £350 - £450 p/d

There is an exciting opportunity available, working for a large finance company in the city. You will be responsible for creating, auditing, improving and maintaining HR policy, workflow and content management for the Global HR portal. The role will be supporting the business in ensuring there are appropriate workflows, templates, and policies for Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Group Service Delivery Manager and collaborating with other global Content owners in defining and developing all areas of Content Management.
  • Define and create process-specific content for the portal (strategy, policy, procedures, news) and ensure content is consistently up-to-date and relevant.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and design teams to plan and develop relevant processes, site content, style and layout and ensure that delivery teams have the relevant tools to provide great customer service.
  • Ability to write processes and standard operating procedures with little guidance.
  • Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic.

Essential Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Process/content manager for HR online portal such as Service Now or Remedy BMC.
  • Hands on experience with MS Office and Visio.
  • Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing.
