Parts Supervisor - Toyota Burton

The Role

The Parts Supervisor is responsible for managing the operational parts team on a daily basis and ensuring a high level of service to all customers both internal and external. A high level of accuracy is required and the ability to multi task within this busy department.

Role Requirements

To be a success in this role, you will have

  • Knowledge of Automotive Retail Industry
  • Demonstration of Product Knowledge
  • Be Computer Literate

Your Responsibilities

  • Determine initial impress stock required (should be system-driven except for new part introduction)
  • Set minimum and maximum replenishment levels
  • Run stock replenishment routine for new location
  • Create initial stock picking list
  • Maintain Stock replenishment levels at customer locations
  • Maintain Parts Supersessions through regular updating of stock, purchase numbers, and Menus from old number to new number (when required)
  • Determine whether demand history from old part to new part should be transferred
  • Identify parts in stock which carry surcharges / core charges and determine expiry dates
