JOB TITLE: Training/ Office Administrator (Northampton)
SALARY: £20-£25k pro rata
WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
3 month fixed term contract with possibility of permanent employment


Are you a strong Administrator able to work independently? We are looking for an organised Office Administrator to support the Learning and Development team at their head office in Northampton, as they continue their impressive growth within the training function of the business.

You will be working in a busy training department in an open plan office alongside training professionals and other Administrators. There is a real team ethos across the business as a whole who believe in maintaining a positive working atmosphere in the work place. Everyone has a "muck in" type of attitude and willingness to provide support within other areas of the business when needed.

Based out of modern offices in the Northampton area with a subsidised canteen that offers a free lunch meal each week! There is free parking available on site and is very accessible via public transport.


WHAT IS THE JOB DOING?

Reporting directly into the Learning and Development Manager the role of Learning and Development Administrator you will be responsible for:
*Coordinating multiple training events in the UK, liaising with various Depot Managers nationwide
*Scheduling Trainers as required and ensure they have the relevant information required for the event
*Sourcing venues and materials required for training events nationwide
*Supporting the Learner Management System Project Team in the follow up, carrying out surveys as requested
*Adhoc support across the Learning and Development department

As a core member of the team, you will be expected to work autonomously, once the 3 month fixed term project is at an end there may be an opportunity for permanent employment.
