Support Engineer (1st Line, Helpdesk, Service Desk, Surbiton)
We are currently looking for 1st Line Support Engineers to join a fast-growing and dynamic software company based near Surbiton, Surrey. As a 1st Line Support Engineer you will be working in a supportive and friendly environment where you will be trained up so this is a rare and exciting opportunity to gain new skills and progress your career.
As a 1st Line Support Engineer, you will be also assisting in the support and maintenance of the company's in-house software and the hosting infrastructure and you will manage the queue of incoming requests, and escalating issues to other team members while maintaining an excellent level of customer service.
We are looking for clear communicators who have an interest in technology and who would like to grow with the business.
Some of the Key skills and responsibilities you will need for this 1st Line Support role:

- Owning and troubleshooting technical issues
