Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 (plus London Allowance where applicable)

Permanent - 35 hours per week

Can you help lead the digital revolution in housing?

The Homes and Communities Agency requires a number of skilled, flexible and experienced Software Project Managers to join its highly-skilled Digital Services team at its modern office premises in Westminster and Gateshead. You will manage strategic projects to deliver new and integrated digital services, ensuring our users, internal and external, get the products they need to help them positively impact the housing market. You will work closely with our business teams, particularly in the banking and land functions, understanding cross organisation priorities and leading on bespoke and packaged software solutions.

With excellent oral and written communication skills, you will be a proactive, flexible leader used to working in an agile environment with the capability to collaborate effectively with a variety of senior stakeholders. Experience in the housing sector will be an advantage but is not a prerequisite for this role. You will be expected to develop good relationships with colleagues and quickly establish your credibility. You will have experience of managing a variety of software projects, both bespoke and packaged. You will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with an ability to prioritise and manage competing agendas.
