We are looking for a motivated teaching support assistants to join our growing additional learning support team. As a teaching support assistant in ESOL you will have an understanding of the needs of individuals with Learning difficulties and disabilities. You will be a motivated teaching support assistant that wants to support people in achieving their potential. You will be joining a dynamic and experienced teaching support team who support students to develop their English as a second Language in the classroom. An NVQ level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or be willing to work towards one ? Literacy and numeracy skills to a minimum of level 2 in Maths and English ? Proven experience of working in a teaching and learning environment ?
