French Speaking Marketing & Communications Specialist

An International Bank based in the City of London is currently looking to recruit a French Speaking Marketing and Communications Specialist for their London office. The ideal candidate will have between 7 - 10 years of experience in Banking or Financial services ideally from a small to mid-tier organization. To apply for this role, you must be able to speak and write in fluent/or business proficient French. Salary between; £60,000 - £70,000 per annum plus a comprehensive list of benefits.

Role responsibilities;

* Planning, developing and implementing of all of the Bank's brand and marketing strategies, communications and public relations activities, both externally and internally.
* Maintaining the Bank's brand identity, position, and imagery in line with business strategy
* Creating and implementing the Marketing and PR activities
* Providing guidance to the CEO and wider business on marketing, brand, PR, internal communications and public relations
* Overseeing the design and production of all marketing materials
* To take responsibility for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of the Bank's Newsletter
* Producing all print and online materials such as letterheads, client decks, power points, use of logo, brochures, etc.
* Writing speeches, corporate messages, etc. for the CEO and Board members, for internal or external use such as events and conferences.
* Organising and coordinating the regular CEO breakfast meetings, town halls, team meetings in terms of content, presentation and logistics.
* Coordinating and generating media interest in the Bank and ensuring regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests.
* Writing corporate articles, messages and posts for the Website and professional media i.e. LinkedIn, Twitter
* Using the Thought Leadership concept, planning and organising brand enhancing events around strategic themes
* Organising the annual Executive Strategy retreat outside of London.
* Developing short-and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing programs and monitoring progress.
* Monitoring the ROI of the marketing strategy and campaigns, through website traffic and lead generation

Desirable skills and experience

* Bachelor's degree preferably in communications, journalism, marketing or business-related field Experience/Knowledge
* Minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing and communications
* Experience in managing multi-media marketing campaigns is desirable
* Fluency written and spoken in English and French
