The IT department comprises 20 people and supports a wide variety of computing infrastructure and applications ranging from the company website to CAD, a Box Office/CRM system used by marketing and fundraising, catering and retail systems, finance applications, an in-house technical scheduling & costing system and telephony services.

We are currently looking for someone who will act as part of the Service Desk Team, responding to all calls and emails as part of the IT support provision, log, prioritise and categorise calls and project tasks logged in the Service Desk Team management system and diagnose and troubleshoot 1st, 2nd, and select 3rd line support calls under the SLA profile.

You will have experience in the installation, configuration, management, and maintenance of desktop hardware and software (Windows & Mac), supporting Microsoft Office 2010 to 2016 (Windows and/or Mac) and working knowledge of Configuration Management Systems.
