Our client have an exciting opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Support Clerk to join the busy Shared Service Centre, reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager.

The key purpose of the role is processing purchase invoices for payment in accordance with Company policy.

Your duties will include making sure all invoices are input onto the Ledger in an accurate and efficient manner, you will assist in the review of key suppliers and process expenses/credit cards and petty cash returns accurately and in a timely manner.

To succeed in the role you must be able to build and maintain positive relationships with internal customers, suppliers and other Purchase Ledger team members and be able to demonstrate a flexible, proactive and professional attitude to all areas of work, supporting both team and individual initiatives in a positive manner.
