This position is based in Manchester

TechHub are excited to be working with a leading software company based in Manchester. As part of an exciting growth strategy the business requires a talented and ambitious Web Developer to join the team, working on a variety of web projects in PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

What will the Web Developer be doing?
Role and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Development Director, in a fast paced working environment, you will be directly responsible for delivery, maintenance and upkeep of a wide range of web development projects. Examples of projects undertaken are custom CRM builds and Intranet systems developed with Laravel, through to simple 5 page websites built in WordPress. Other work includes mobile applications with their corresponding back end systems written using the Ionic framework.
The ability to fit into an Agile methodology is essential as is being able to write and follow project plans with accurate milestone and delivery times.

Web Developer Key Skills Required:

- Laravel Framework
- Wordpress Development
- JavaScript / jQuery
- Web server administration (Linux, SSH, LAMP stack setup / admin)
- Project specification and planning
