A fast growing FX/Currency Exchange business is currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join their London Marketing team. This role would report directly into the Marketing Director, and they are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to bring a considerable amount of FX or global payments experience to the table. Salary between: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum plus benefits and bonus. This role is based in Central London. Key responsibilities: * Support the Marketing Director to build and deliver the marketing strategy and campaign plans in line with business objectives * Liaise with other sales, tech and operation teams to become the day to-day marketing contact within the business scheduling and project managing work streams * Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives * Lead day-to-day contact with all partner agencies * Introduce relevant marketing processes within the business to build efficiency * Build and deliver excellent client communications with a focus on CRM * Roll out core brand messages across key owned channels (website, account platform and app) ensuring always up to date as business adapts * Create and produce brand promotional messaging across all channels * Deliver strong branded content and social media plan in line with agree objectives * Brief and manage delivery of brand assets for B2B and B2C * Deliver campaigns on time and in budget with closing reports * Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results * Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing * Study and action competitor analysis monitoring activity Key attributes: * Passionate about brand ownership and the opportunity to make your mark on the business * A natural problem solver and the ability to overcome challenges * Enthusiasm, the ability to create ideas and have a positive approach to your work and to that of the team * A confident and proactive individual as this is a pivotal role to demonstrate ownership of all branded communications and exciting B2B and B2C campaigns * Previous experience in developing marketing plans in new countries and territories * Excellent time and project management skills with the desire to see projects through from concept to delivery * A natural communicator - making sure your voice is heard and your message is clear * A fast learner who can analyse what marketing ideas and strategies have worked well and what could be improved on. * A degree or relevant experience in marketing, communications or project management would be preferable. * On a technical note, your skills will include Microsoft Office and likely to include Salesforce, Google Analytics and MailChimp. * You must be able to demonstrate deep understanding of marketing channels and integrated thinking as well as a strong understanding of managing global cross-agency relationships.
