Looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Analyst to work in a busy Bristol office and client-sites for a continuously growing organisation that provides IT, Infrastructure and Cloud support across the UK.

As part of the friendly team you will work on 2nd, as well as 1st, line support for a number of diverse clients.

You will support and manage servers and networks, travelling when required.

A strong telephone manner and a personable character is necessary for the role. Someone who can communicate as easily with stake-holders as they can with the team.

Technical Requirements:

- Windows 7 & Office 2010 ideally Windows 2012 & SBS 2011
- Exchange 2007-10 ideally Exchange 2013
- Hyper-V
- Active directory & Windows 2008 R2 server
- Experience working remote desktops/terminal services
- Working knowledge of server upgrades, migrations and restores
- A strong understanding of Cloud technologies - Office 365
- MCITP or MCSA certified
- Knowledge of Sharepoint
- Ideally a firm grasp of TCO/IP, firewalls, VPNs etc.
- A background within IT service organisation
