2nd Line Support Engineer - London - Up to £30K
2nd Line Support Engineer is now required to join a leading IT Support Company based in Central London.
The 2nd Line Support Engineer will be required to provide a broad range of Desktop Support both remotely and on client site.
It is an excellent opportunity to progress with an innovative and exciting company who are looking to build on strong client relationships in order to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be excited by the prospect of working directly with clients, they will also possess the following technical skills:·Active Directory·Windows Server·Exchange Server·Mac Support experience·Knowledge of Office 365 support (desirable, but not essential) Experience with VMWare is also desirable but training will be required, exposure to Gmail would also be a big plus.
