The Company
Spring Technology is currently working in partnership with a leading telecommunications service provider to recruit a Lead Sales Trainer. This is a highly desirable position seeking an ambitious individual with experience of training within a B2B sales environment up to a senior level

Central London - UK Travel required
£50K - £60K


The Role
* You'll develop capability and performance focused partnership with Sales Directors, General Managers and Sales Managers.
* Delivering insight, recommendations and MI through the observation and analysis of behavioural and sales performance data.
* Driving improvements in Sales performance, customer experience and employee engagement through innovative support initiatives programmes and bespoke coaching for managers and teams.
* Defining, designing and delivering programmes of accredited and innovative sales capability development including associated 'on the job' assignments and other embedding activities across the Corporate Sales channel.
* Scoping the design and delivery of specialised product development that delivers expert insight into driving value based customer perception, positioning, and appropriate account navigation strategies.
* Work with accredited supplier partners to ensure the organisations capability, partner governance and best practice
* Provide consultation (where required) on sales capability development, interventions and approaches


The Requirements
* Strong experience of leading large capability programmes within a B2B sales environment
* Knowledge of design and management of new and exciting methods of L&D delivery in a communications organisation
* Experience of sales performance management
* Strong understanding of a Business Sales environment and experienced in design and delivery of programmes that deliver business benefit.
* Background of managerial and sales coaching
* Creation of capability focused programmes
* Commercial and business acumen
* Demonstrates strong knowledge of business sales training design and intervention principles, Sales Methodology concepts, business operational support environments, business change and strategic sales systems.
* Desirable is knowledge of Salesforce.com or CloudSense CPQ
* Desirable also is the CIPD certificate in training practice or equivalent
* Fully flexible with national travel when required
