Cambridge Regional College (Cambridge Campus) Faculty for Foundation Learning requires a qualified, full time Lecturer to deliver training in practical craft subjects ideally including woodwork, basic motor vehicle maintenance skills, gardening/landscaping and life/employability skills to learners with special educational needs and disabilities and learners not engaged in education or training (NEETS).

Skills and experience required of our Lecturer in Foundation Learning

The successful candidate will have experience of working in an inclusive learning environment and be skilled in practical subjects. You should have a good general education, working knowledge of health and safety and good practical skills in carpentry or multi skills subjects. You will work as part of the Foundation Learning team and have a desire to inspire and motivate young people to be the best they can be. Learners have a diverse range of abilities and disabilities and are working from pre-entry to Level 1.
