As the Compliance Manager, your duties will be to:

- Advise the business in respect of developing effective monitoring programmes.
- Provide proactive and pragmatic compliance advice and guidance to support business requirements.
- Keeping up to date with any regulatory changes and manage communication of these changes to appropriate JDW Stakeholders.
- Provide advice and guidance on FCA regulatory requirements and guidelines that govern the firm.
- Liaise with other outside bodies (ie: insurers, Group customers, suppliers and external auditors) ensuring best practice is implemented.
- Deputise for the Head of Compliance as and when required.
- Carry out any other work commensurate with the role.

To be a successful Compliance Manager you will have the following skills and experience;

- An understanding of financial crime including the relevant Money Laundering Regulations and Bribery Act and support the firm regarding its ongoing compliance in this area.
- Experience of working within the financial services.
- Solid knowledge of the FCA handbook.
- Strong time management and the ability to prioritise work load.
- Degree qualified preferably.
- Excellent communication skills.

In return, the Compliance Manager will receive a salary of £40000 - £50000 per annum depending on experience plus benefits.
