Web and Mobile Support Analyst
An experienced developer is required to join the digital operation team. This brings many challenges and opportunities for the operation function. The client needs to keep the existing website and mobile optimised site fully operational and available and at the same time learn how to support new changes through new technologies and design and seamlessly transition it into Production.
They also need someone that has the ability to investigate, route cause fix production issues with a proactive and positive persona. They need to be able to challenge and confidently provide solutions to ongoing issues. Being flexible and potential out of hours support may be required.
Our client currently works in an Agile Project delivery solution and assist effective Service Transition. Experience of a DevOps culture, GIT and Octopus deploy, working in a support function and/or ITIL best practice would be advantageous.
