IT Support Analyst

Our client based in Winchester are a market leading marketing B2B lead generator. They are now seeking an IT support Analyst to join their in-house IT team.

The successful applicant will be a proactive self-starter, capable of independent work, with hands on experience providing Windows desktop and networking support. In addition to providing face to face technical support, the role may also involve the delivery of projects, knowledge management and software platform testing with our development team.
Reporting directly to the IT Manager, this position would suit a first/second line Support Analyst who is keen to further develop their skill set in line with the needs of a growing business.

Key skills:

? Current technical support/service desk experience.
? Excellent customer service and communication skills.
? Windows 10 Desktop
? Windows Server 2012/2012R2.
? Networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN, WAN).
? Printers and other peripherals.
? Active Directory administration.
? HTML5 & CSS.

? Graduate level qualification.
? Microsoft certification (MCP, MCSA).
? ITIL foundation.
