I'm looking for two java developers to join a cyber security team at a British Bank based here in London.

This team are currently working to build a platform and this role in particular sits on the middle tier of the stack.

Everything is built using Java8 and this team use the spring framework heavily - so you'll need to be well experienced with both (or Java7 but ready for an upgrade)
The application runs on Docker containers.
If you have experience with the following that's great. Elastic search, cloudera, hdfs, splunk..
If not - we can teach you.

This is a fast moving environment and you will be sure to see the code you create hitting the environment quickly. Seeing your efforts being reflected and making an impact for the entire bank straight away.

This company are well known to be at the forefront of adapting to new technologies, using the best tech for the job and are passionate about upskilling their staff and creating an atmosphere where you are contributing and learning. Something quite rare for an investment bank.

There are two levels of roles available.

This is a straight forward implementation role within the above environment.
You'll be someone who can produce high quality code under timescales (2 week sprints).
You'll see a huge focus on delivery and shipping code.

Lead role:
You'll need to come from a cyber or security background (even if it was just your most recent role, for example)
You need to be able to steer the team, to challenge and propose new ideas and solutions.
You can steer stakeholders to making the right decisions.
