Purchase Ledger Vacancy - Cheltenham - £17,500 - £19,500

Your new company
My client a successful and rapidly expanding business based in Cheltenham is currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy team. This is a full-time permanent position that has developed due to the growth of the business.

Your new role
Your main responsibilities will include; checking purchase invoices against orders, Processing invoices and posting onto Sage, Preparing payment runs and posting payments, Reconciling purchase ledger accounts to statements, Over-seeing and assisting in the completion of the Purchase Ledger month end, Liaising with staff and suppliers to resolve purchase ledger queries and ad hoc duties as requested by the team.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar purchase ledger role working in a fast paced and busy environment. It is essential that you have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail along with excellent time management skills.
