Team Leader - Supported Living Service Our growing team has an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader in Gloucester Pay rate £21653 per annum Working hours: 42 hours per week (flexible shift) Team Leader responsibilities: Support the Management team in the day to day running of the service Supervising and developing the staff team to ensure that the needs of the service user are met Enabling them to maintain their tenancy whilst lead a meaningful and worthwhile life within the community Ensuring that the service exceeds the standards set by CQC. Reviewing care plans and risk assessments Acting as a keyworker and taking part in meetings with professionals and the service users families Experience required for Team Leader position: Working within a residential care or supported living setting with vulnerable people Hold NVQ Level 2 in care or equivalent Ability to remain calm in an emergency is essential Self-motivated, self-disciplined and thrive on being able to work independently to high standards.
