Suitable candidates should demonstrate most of the following:
**At least 1-2 years IT Support experience
**Good communication skills - ideally you will be the type of person who enjoys IT and enjoys trying new apps, devices and systems
**MS Office 2016 Support skills
**Good Windows OS skills - diagnosing network issues, installations, config and remote support, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory

Highly Desirable skills / Skills you will get to pickup in this role:
**Office 365 / SharePoint - administration and set up
**Networking skills - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
**Experience supporting CRM or Databases
