Nursery Manager - Coventry Temporary £10 - £12 per hour (dependant on experience) Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to use your leadership skills to assist a nursery on a temporary basis? We have a short term opportunity available for a strong, vibrant, Nursery Manager in Coventry. This role is only temporary initially however there may be a chance of extension for the right person. The Nursery is looking for someone who isn't afraid of making positive changes to add excitement and energy into the nursery. As a Nursery Manager you will be responsible for: *The running of the nursery along with support from a highly qualified and experienced support team. *Day to day running of the nursery to achieve and maintain outstanding standards of care and education. *Mentoring and guiding the team. *Providing professional advice and support on childcare development. *Developing and maintaining positive relationships with parents, children and childcare professionals. *Managing budget. The ideal candidate will: *Be passionate about working in childcare *Have previous experience in a public or private day care setting and knowledge of current childcare legislation. *Have been demonstrable post qualification experience with a minimum NVQ level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent. *Possess excellent management, communication and leadership skills however they will consider an experienced Level 3 qualified nursery nurse / TA. *Be able to maintain high standards.
