Marketing Assistant

We are recruiting for a Marketing Assistant on behalf of our client based within the Aldridge area. As a Marketing Assistant you will be responsible for reporting to the Marketing Manager to maximise the revenue potential of key product ranges by providing relevant marketing materials and tools. The suitable candidate will need to hit the ground running so experience using Adobe Creative Suite is essential.

Duties of a Marketing Assistant

  • Use Adobe Creative Suite to successfully implement marketing materials
  • Designing and editing email campaigns
  • Designing and editing technical documents and brochures for print and online use
  • Assist with copy writing requirements, such as press releases and product copy
  • Edit and update pages on the company website CMS
  • Proof read and prepare material to be printed or published
  • Support the sales team with presentations and relevant materials
  • To liaise between the Technical Department and Commercial teams
  • Assist with social media content and posting
  • Assist with day to day administration and operational duties within the Marketing Department
  • Assist with creating campaigns and assessing results
  • Carry out any other tasks that may be reasonably required to assist in the efficient and profitable operation of the company

Details of a Marketing Assistant

  • Location: Aldridge
  • £9.00 - £9.50 - per hour
  • Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm Fridays 9am - 3pm
  • Temporary on going

Skills and Experience of a Marketing Assistant

  • Strong IT Skills
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Social Media Savvy
  • Photo Shop knowledge
  • Good attention to detail
