An established service provider is a looking for a 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their expanding team.

As 2nd Line Support Analyst you will provide 2nd Line support to a number clients and customers.

The main responsibilities of the 2nd Line Support Analyst will involve:
  • To provide 2nd line Support within an SLA driven environment
  • To deliver an excellent level of customer service
  • The recording of relevant customer data in respect of relevant information
  • Consistently having a high level of communications to customers and colleagues

The 2nd Line Support Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
  • Experience of working within a 2nd line support role
  • Experience of installing and administrating Microsoft windows server
  • Hands on experience with Linux technologies
  • Supporting Microsoft Office suite
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft software
  • An interest in technology and IT troubleshooting
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good organisational skills
