CRM Manager (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) -Permanent

My client is a large multinational organization and are currently seeking a CRM Manager (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to join their team based in London.

You will come from a development or administration background within the SFDC ecosystem, responsible for delivery of the marketing cloud solution on SFDC and other custom BI tools.

Experience & responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing automation in Marketing Cloud
  • Hands on experience in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud automation including Journey Builder journey creation, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Connect integration management, Data Extensions, Advertising Studio and Contact Builder.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, including deep experience with managing Campaigns using the Campaign and Campaign Members objects, direct mail integration/data management, and social media/customer service integration.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud methodology, which includes both implementation and technical Marketing Cloud expertise
  • Experience defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed Salesforce system and functional designs
  • Experience in implementing Marketing Cloud Connector for objects to sync data into a Data Extension
  • Ability to identify gaps in resourcing and skills and proactively apply resources and coach resources to keep projects on track
  • Experience in Managing account Configuring Roles and Business Units

Technical Skills and Qualifications:
  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications (mandatory)
  • Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant or Certified Email Specialist
  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) (Desirable)
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) (Desirable)
  • Salesforce Developer (401 - App Builder) (Desirable)
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication, presenting, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving skills
