1st Line Support Engineer

Marcus Donald are currently recruiting for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join the Service Delivery team within an energy company based in central London. They are looking for someone who is proactive, wants to get involved and is willing to progress in their career.

This is a great opportunity for an IT grad to gain excellent exposure to an exciting company who offer a friendly and supportive work environment.

Duties required for 1st Line Support Engineer:
  • Responsible for 1st line support of the company’s user base across multiple locations.
  • You will be involved in setting up new starters for the business and any day to day support issues.
  • The role will involve setting up presentations in meeting rooms for senior members.
  • Participate in various projects as and when required.
  • Occasional travel within the UK.
Skills required for 1st Line Support Engineer:
  • Active Directory
  • Sharepoint Online
  • Windows 7/8/10
  • Office 365
  • Microsoft Stack
  • Experience with mobile device management is a bonus
  • At least 1 years’ experience in an IT support or network background
