PTS Consulting is working on behalf of a leading Law Firm based in central London. We are currently recruiting for a Consultant who will be responsible for the delivery, management and service improvement of a defined subset of applications in the Brand, Communications & Marketing and Client and Market Development Portfolios, used within the client globally.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for value delivery to Business Stakeholders.
  • Internal and sometimes external client facing.
  • Assists with Portfolio Vision, pricing, licensing, ROI, and Program Backlog.
  • Work with the Product Manager to determine priority and business objectives and economic drivers for future releases.
  • Assist in managing the program backlog and release content and release management.
  • Participate in regular release planning, release management, and solution validation.

Skills required:

  • Role holder must have all round technical expertise in supporting and managing Applications and their life-cycle.
  • knowledge of systems that support BD & Marketing functions, managing public websites (CMS eg adobe AEM), CRM systems (InterAction), Online Service delivery mechanisms, social media.
  • Experience of working in global enterprise, with IT teams distributed around the world and across suppliers.
  • Familiarity with working in an environment that requires strong security and identity management solutions to meet complex regulatory and compliance standards globally.
  • Have experience of working within a defined portfolio of applications used by both IT teams and the business.


  • Strong organisational skills and ability to handle competing needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and coordination skills.
  • Ability to use own initiative and take a lead to devise creative solutions.
  • Commitment to quality and attention to detail.
