CRM Executive - Gaming
Our customers are important to us and to ensure we capture them at the start of their journey with William Hill we require a CRM Senior Executive. From the moment the player registers, the CRM Executive will follow and measure their activity to ensure they're converted to active players and long-term customers.
Working closely with the other areas of the business, you'll help achieve conversion and early retention of your players. You'll look at marketing promotions and run campaigns sending out the communications to the customer in a flawless fashion. Looking at customer behaviour, you'll use your marketing background to create themes and ideas that will engage with the customers, making sure the communications run on time, on brief and on budget.
You'll have a passion for Marketing with some commercial experience gained from B2C/ large, online businesses. Gaming or an interest in sports is advantageous but not essential. You'll be able to understand and translate reports into useful information for you to use with your customer base. You'll be capable of working to KPI's and other objectives. You'll have experience of managing multiple products and dealing with a variety of stakeholders.
