Our international Airline software provider client is searching for a Service Delivery Manager/ Programme Manager to look after the Delivery of half of their core system into their Airline end clients.
You will have experience within the Airline industry working with large-scale system implementation schedules. You will have experience in large-scale application installation into new and existing environments.
The core focus of the role is to manage the service delivery, service design and service support under your control. You will ensure the team develops and maintains the service levels agreed with the delivery schedules and work on continuous improvement on the ITIL processes. You will ensure compliance of governance of all applications under your control.
This particular area of expertise is working in a customer-centric area of the system, working with data-centric and customer-focused applications.
You will manage teams of people across delivery leading, motivating, coaching and developing the team members. You will be savvy with team engagement and customer and stakeholder management will be key to your style.
You will have a good understanding of the Airline industry and the technology that runs the market. Service Design and automation of processes are key to this role, including capacity planning, reporting, incident and problem management and change, release and test management prior to sign off and release.
Key areas are knowledge of the industry, release and programme management expertise and service and client delivery ideally within the ALTEA suite.
