IT Support Technician / Roll-Out Engineer
My well established, London based, Financial Client is urgently recuiting for an IT Support Technician / Roll-Out Engineer to work with my Client on a large Citrix Roll-Out or back fill and provide technical support by phone, email and face to face contact.
As the Roll-Out Engineer you will be rolling out Citrix & XenApp and as the IT Support Technician you will be the first response answering, logging and resolving support calls (phone, email, face-to-face). Installing new equipment and software for Clients, assisting with familiarisation, supporting a wide range of software products (Windows 7, Microsoft Office, Windows Server 2012) and troubleshooting both hardware and software issues.
The successful Candidate will ideally have Citrix & XenApp, but also have MS Office, Active Directory (setting up users, groups, permissions is essential).
It would be a distinct advantage to have Desktop/Server support experience, Active Directory / Domain Controller, Group Policy, DNS/ DHCP & Network Configuration and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
