Computer Vision / Senior Engineer - Graphics Location: London / Surrounding Counties Skill: C / C++ , Pyton, Matlab, OpenCV, Computer Vision, 3D Salary: £40p/h - £50p/h Company: The company develop some of the most innovative and world leading products globally, operating in multiple industry sectors. Role: As a computer vision research engineer your role will involve working on, feature extraction from 360° videos, positional tracking, 3D point cloud rendering, SLAM (simultaneous localization and mapping) and 3D scene understanding. As well as encoding 360° video formats with different projection methods Required: - Master`s degree, Ph.D. or equivalent experience in a Computer Vision or Machine Learning (Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, etc.) - Strong 3D math skills - Programming proficiency in OpenCV, MATLAB, C++/Java/Python - Familiarity with: object detection, motion estimation, probabilistic graphical models (Conditional Random Fields, Markov Random Fields) - Excellent communication, team ethic and a results-oriented attitude - Proficiency in problem-solving and debugging Desirable: - Practical use of deep learning libraries such as Caffe, Torch and/or Tensorflow - Experience of Android application development - Knowledge of video compression standards such as MPEG2, H.264 or HEVC or video processing algorithms - Experience with compute and graphics APIs like CUDA, OpenCL, OpenGL, OpenGL ES and Vulkan - Experience in Global Illumination rendering techniques This opportunity will allow you to work within a well-established company, working on new technologies.
