A Leading Investment Bank in London are looking for an experienced PMO Analyst to join their font office technology support team.

This this individual is responsible for developing the Service Process to ensure the Change management, Problem management and Incident management processes are consistent across the areas and regions.

The preferred individual will be ITIL qualified with experience in implementing best practices and producing MI. Furthermore, this induvial must have a strong understanding of the trade lifecycle and governance frameworks.

Key Accountabilities

* Obtain regular progress updates based on feedback from the Macro and Credit Technology Support Teams.
* Understanding project requirements and communicating the associated activities and deliveries to run and build technology teams.
* Creating and produce reports and communicate status updates to central project teams, providing visibility on status against milestones, and transparency of risks and issues.
* Status reporting, providing visibility on the department adherence to Barclays standard processes and working practices and highlight inconsistencies and proposing standards

Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:

* ITIL certified and experience of implementing ITIL concepts and best practices
* Understanding of the investment banking business, and the lifecycle of trade
* Experience in the production and analysis of Management Information to identify performance trends and opportunities.
* Knowledge of the governance framework and related Group Policies
