NPI (New Product Introduction) Project Manager - NORTH DEVON - £30,000 - £35,000 P/A

A leading highly regulated manufacturing organisation, are looking for an NPI Project Manager at their plant in the North Devon area.

The NPI Project Manager is responsible for the successful management and delivery of NPI/ NPD Projects monitoring the progress of the project and resolving issues to ensure that critical timelines are met. The NPI project Manager is accountable for projects from cradle to grave including planning, tracking, scope management and ensuring quality compliance and reporting. Working within a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment, the NPI Project Manager will be leading and motivating the Project Teams across numerous projects as well as liaising and managing customers making key project decisions with the business function areas.

In order to be considered for this position, candidates will need to have worked in a highly regulated/ GMP manufacturing environment (Pharmaceutical, FMCG etc.), in a similar role with proven Project Management experience. A large amount of the NPI Project Manager role is customer facing, so extensive experience of dealing with both customers is a critical requirement and having a capability to manage numerous projects at one time. Experience with powder processing/ tableting or gel capsules would be hugely advantageous. Candidates must be qualified to degree level in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Business or Scientific would be considered).

The role is based in North Devon, and is commutable from Bude, Ilfracombe, Chulmleigh and Barnstable along with other locations in the South West.

This is site based role, and will require the NPI Manager to be onsite Monday Friday.
