Graduate Behaviour Mentor- The Person
This position is perfect for a resilient and patient graduate who is passionate about providing support for vulnerable children. You must have excellent communication skills to build meaningful relationships with hard to reach students and to liaise with staff, parents and external professionals such as educational psychologists.
Graduate Behaviour Mentor- The Role
In the position you will be mainly be assigned a pastoral role. You will be required to provide 1:1 support for students who have behavioural, social and emotional difficulties. Your responsibilities will involve liaising with students, teachers, senior leadership, parents and external professionals to ensure that the students' personal well-being and academic success are at the highest possible standard and they are achieving their full potential.
