SC CLEARED CONTRACT TEST ENGINEER SOUTH WALES SIX MONTH CONTRACT -DAY RATE DOE


A global Aerospace organisation based in South Wales are looking to recruit a Contract Test Engineer with current Security Clearance to join an expanding development team. The role will be covering a number of different projects based in and outside of the U.K, so European travel to countries such as Holland and Belgium maybe required for the successful candidate.


Please note: Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate must have live and transferable security clearance to fulfil the role.


Key Skills
IS Test engineering experience MS Windows server 2012, active directory, MS exchange, SCOM, SCCM, SQL server 2012 and SharePoint).
Experience with VMware virtualisation technology and VSphere.
Knowledge of Network systems and VLAN.
Experience of IEEE829 and BS7925-2.
Previously worked with test management and defect management tools such as HP ALM or rational test manager.
Experience of IXIA test tools or Spirent test centre.
Degree educated in either Engineering or science based subject.


Key Responsibilities
Produce test stage plans for IS integration and acceptance test phases.
Prepare test scripts, detailing test steps and test data
Peer review of test deliverables
Support IS integration test activities, including test execution of test phase scripts.
