Job Purpose:

If you're looking to start a career in events, then working as an events and promotions assistant will get you involved in all aspects of how to run and manage an events. You will learn how we take on a client to how we set up the event to promote their products. There are many opportunities available to you, including the chance to progress to a more senior role in the future such as events Co Ordinating or events management. You will be working in the events sector, focused on live and experiential marketing campaigns throughout London.

Duties: Your responsibilities can vary, depending on the size of the account you are working on and sector, and whether the focus is on selling a product, service or more focused on raising brand awareness.

Planning | Co- ordinating | Promotion | Public/Media Relations | Product Development | Distribution | Sales/ Customer Service


As well as relevant work experience and/or education you should be someone who


Strong consumer and product awareness

Exceptional organisational and planning skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

The ability to build relationships

We are ideally looking for people that can work full times hours with the company, some weekend work may be involved. Our management team can be flexible around individual situations.

We provide full training and guidance so don't worry if you have little experience we will take the time to train the right person.

Experience in the following areas would be an advantage but not necessary. Sales, customer service, retail, events management, hospitality, sales advisor, training.
