Technical Support Engineer / £35,000 - £45,000 / Oxfordshire, UK & Europe

Do you have proven working experience within enterprise IT support environments?

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a client facing technical support engineer to join a growing international organisation who specialise within digital data environments. This UK Software House is rapidly growing and reaching new heights in their niche marketplace.

The successful candidate will have an amazing opportunity of using their own commercial insight when visiting client sites. In addition, you will be implementing the clients very own award-winning software which is used by large, well-known businesses to sustain and protect data. You will be professionally ready to absorb and solve the day to day challenges of working across various technical stacks.

You will need to have experience and a passion to use;

  • LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, Perl, Python or PHP)
  • Experience/ Core understanding with AD/ LDAP
  • Exceptional Linux and Microsoft background
  • Highly desirable with the use of network technologies
  • Trouble shooting/ Solutions mentality
