Interim Internal Communications Manager
A market leading retail organistaion are looking for an Interim Intranet Communication Specialist to join the team in Central London and take charge and tranform the Intranet communications.
The aim of the role is to continuously improve the currently excellent intranets content and be able to engage with and manage stakeholders.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
* Embedding Intranet excellence within the group in terms of content, stakeholder management and engagement, training, process, benchmarking and measurement such that internal communications is continuously improved.
* Creating and delivering the Intranets content that is compelling and timely and which improves employee engagement and strategic ment.
* Using the metrics within the current Intranet to redefine internal communications, equating outcomes with inputs and efforts.
* Delivering a stable Intranet infrastructure, in terms of budget, process and outcomes, as part of our multi-channel approach to employee engagement.
