Pricing Executive

Our client, a FTSE100, leading global integrated security company specialising in the provision of security products, services and solutions, are currently looking for a Pricing Executive to join them, working in collaboration with sales and operations teams to create pricing models and costings together to support new bids and existing contracts alike.

- Location: Victoria, London (SW1V)
- Salary: £23,000pa with 25 days holiday, contributory pension and other corporate benefits.

Within this role you will be supporting various Bid, Sales and Operations teams to ensure pricing models and costings for new bids, potential new business and existing contracts are correct, specific to financial models and in line with the tender and customer requirements. You will also be expected to conduct market research analysis and present insights to senior management.

You will be communicating across the business to ensure that the costs that have been proposed are in line with the costs to the business and mirror written proposals, assisting with client pricing increases for existing customers and working closely to ensure compliance is met consistently.

You will also be responsible for data collection from tender documents, interpreting this into the company pricing model, reviewing TUPE data and ascertaining key cost drivers for transferring staff and working constantly within Excel and Salesforce.

Must haves experience/skills;

- Relevant degree and/or financial related qualification.
- Excellent spreadsheet and Excel skills - the ability to create pivot tables and carry out Vlookups and manage complex formulas.
- Previous work experience in a pricing, sales support or analytically focussed based role is ideal but not essential as you will be fully trained.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organisation and time management skill.
- The drive to continuosly learn and progress within an organisation.
- The ability to multi-task and work across different projects at any one time.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and build positive working relationships across departments.
- A self-starter with a proactive can-do approach and ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
