£40,000+10% bonus

Sopra Steria are seeking an experienced Compliance Training Manager for one of our major clients based in Central London. Our client are a hugely renowned organisation and iconic brand and as working for them as a Compliance Training Manager you will ensure that all training that is a legal or contractual requirement is carried out by appropriate audiences. You will maintain the master curricula and ensure that materials are updated appropriately and owned by the Business Owners areas of accountability

In this role you will ?

  • To develop and maintain the master curricula for Compliance Training, in agreement with all key stakeholders.
  • To ensure that each requirement has an appropriate intervention that is suitable for the learning need, and that the materials are subject to appropriate review periods.
  • To ensure that all courses have a clear business owner and that materials are signed off by stakeholders through their development and their review.
  • To agree how Compliance Training will be deployed over the year (with the Network and CS teams) and what priorities need to be addressed, including appropriate introductory training for new employees as well as ongoing training for all employees and managers.
  • To work with the FS T&D scheme to ensure that business wide requirements for FCA are appropriately integrated into the Compliance Curricula.
  • To manage the ?change? to how compliance training is deployed and consumed with the business ? ensuring that stakeholders are engaged, and the business understands what changes are happening and why.

Experience required

  • Experience of managing high quality learning solutions
  • Management of projects from ensuring clear brief, through to engaging stakeholders and deploying solutions effectively
  • Understanding of different learning styles and appropriate techniques to appeal to different learners.
